HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
At My Devotional Store, we strive to deliver your devotional products safely and promptly. Orders are typically delivered within 3–10 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays), depending on your location and the item type.
For express delivery, orders generally arrive within 3–6 business days.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING & DELIVERY CHARGES?
Domestic Shipping within India is completely free of cost for standard delivery. We believe your devotion should reach you without additional burden.

ARE THERE ANY EXTRA CHARGES FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY?
Yes. If you wish to receive your order faster, you can select Express Shipping at checkout. The applicable charges for express delivery will be displayed during checkout before payment.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? WHAT ARE THE CHARGES FOR THE SAME?
Yes, we ship our devotional products internationally. To know the shipping rates and estimated delivery times for your country, please contact us via WhatsApp or email at sanghvianil@ymail.com. Our team will assist you with international delivery details.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At My Devotional Store, we understand the importance of devotion and wish for every purchase to bring peace and satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a return and refund process to ensure a smooth experience.

Return Policy:
We accept return requests within 2 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sanghvianil@ymail.com. Our team will guide you through the return process and share return shipping details or labels (if applicable).

Refund Policy:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be made in the original mode of payment.
For credit/debit card payments, the refund will be credited back to the same card.
In the rare case of receiving a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly, either through replacement or refund.

Exceptions:
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Items marked as final sale.
• Products damaged after delivery.
• Items that have been used or altered
